Software Solutions for Small Businesses
Many small businesses can't afford the cost of having a bespoke software system written for them so they are have no option other than using generic applications like Excel or Word to carry out daily work tasks. While this does initially work for many businesses and is usually better than using paper, they quickly find out that this becomes inefficient and difficult to work with, once the business starts expanding.

- Team members may have to use a number of applications which aren't connected so they have to switch between different applications and then rekey data between them. For example they may create a quote in Word or Excel and then create an invoice in another separate application. They may then need to rekey invoice into their accounts software which wastes time and may create errors along the way.
- Excel and many other desktop applications only allow one user to edit a file at one time, so files have to be frequently closed and then reopened by different users. Other users have to wait until the file has been closed, wasting more time.

We will configure the software for you after discussing how your business works and what modules you'll need to use. We will import your data for you, if you have it in a suitable format and we'll set up team members that will use the software. We'll configure access levels so you can hide sensitive data and only show module that are relevant for the user.
CRM
Most small businesses need to store contact information for their customers and suppliers so we started with a CRM which would store these details. We added a file uploader to attached relevant documents or images to customers and suppliers. For example price lists could be added to a supplier for team members to refer to.
To record any interactions with the contact, we added a notes section to record what the contact has said or is known about them and other relevant information.
In order to follow up with the contact at a later time, calls or other actions can be created against the calendar such as a To Do, Email, Phone Call etc.
Sales Leads
When potential customers get in contact it's easy to lose track of these so we built a Leads module so contact details can be captured and then the lead assigned to a team member. Interactions against the lead may be added as well as reminders for when to contact them again.
Quotes
Create quotes quickly and easily then output them as a PDF or send them as an attachment via email. Quotes may be freeform for services or your can use products from the products section or even a combination of the two!
Products
Store and maintain a central product/service database which pulls through into other sections such as quotes, invoices and sales order etc.
Calendar
Create multiple calendars for different users, rooms and resources. You can the view them by day, week or month and display calendars side-by-side.
Billing System
Control your regular invoices using our billing system. You simply view and approve the invoices when they become ready to invoice so you never forget to invoice your customers. We cover different billing periods so can offer weekly, monthly or yearly and can support any number of interval e.g. every 2 weeks etc.
